Riva vs Shahad
Shahad vs Riva
When I first started my social media Journey back in July 2016, I used to ask my followers not to call me a blogger.
It wasn’t because I was against blogging, but because I wanted to keep it simple. I used to believe that I’m a simple girl who loves to dress up and share her daily outfit with her family and friends. However, when my following rapidly increased, I got inspired to do more than just daily outfit posts. I slowly started collaborating with other brands.I honestly learned lots of new things with every brand I worked with that added quality to my social media journey. I learned to be honest with my feedback and to do my best to never fail my followers.
People started calling me an influencer, with doing so, a big responsibility fell on my shoulders as I truly plan on being a positive, honest influencer. So I decided to be a blogger and since then, I’m spreading the word about well-deserved brands. Increasing my following awareness about these well-deserved brands is my way of saying thank you for the hard work these brands put together and it’s also my promise to show my continuous support to them.
Today I’m collaborating with one of the most inspiring brands, Riva, that has very unique and diverse designs fitting women from age 18 to 45. Out of all the blogs I have written so far, I feel as though this one of the hardest blogs because no matter what I write, it won’t be enough for a great brand like Riva.
Now let’s talk about my selections from Riva for this blog:

The Strip shirt with patches
Patches have definitely been the trend this year. I personally know many people, including my sisters, who bought patches and used them to salvage their old clothes by simply sticking the patches on their old pants, shirts bags or even shoes. Strips print is one of the most classic patterns that never run out of date and it can fit perfectly with formal and casual designs. The shirt I chose has both, the patches and the strips. It also has a very beautiful strip contrast waist belt that adds more pop to the shirt. This shirt stands out by its own and can be worn by itself as a shirt dress or with a pair of jeans as I did.

Embellished Sleeves Outerwear
Olive/khaki is my favorite fall color. It gives me so much positive energy and it matches elegantly with many colors. My selection was this beautiful embellished sleeves jacket/dress that I love so much that I’m writing this blog while wearing it. It’s now my best go-to wardrobe piece as I can style it many ways. For those mornings when I’m in a hurry to run errands, I can simply wear it as a dress and pair it with sneakers then I can switch to heels when I have a brunch or a dinner with friends exactly as I style it in the picture you are seeing below. Some might think that this should never be worn with heels but I disagree, The embellished sleeves give the casual design a touch of classiness which made wearing heals with it not only acceptable but also creative and fabulous. to spice my look up, I chose a beautiful mini golden bag from Riva that is so Classic and trendy ( click on the picture below to shop my bag). You can also keep the look more casual by wearing it unzipped & pairing it with a casual blouse, pair of jeans and sneakers.
Last but not least, these beautiful and stylish Sunglasses are also from Riva and for $31.35 Only! click on the picture to buy it.
