I have always preferred to keep a small circle as I believe that we as humans are made up of energy that is extremely contagious. However, when it comes to women who continuously inspire, motivate and empower me, my circle is unconsciously got enlarged. Three weeks ago, My beautiful friend Alexandria Alli invited me to attend one of her successful events to launch the new collection of her phenomenal handmade vintage bags at Ministry of supply here in Atlanta. Though I wasn’t fully recovered from the surgery I had the week before the event, I couldn’t help but accept her invitation. I got to know Alexandria through a mutual friend back in March and since then, she has become one of my biggest inspirations in the term of success and goals achievement. In addition to enjoying everything about the event as it was so organized, chic and classy, I really enjoyed networking with many inspirational women in the Atlanta community and listening to their stories was truly priceless! Now, I’m leaving you with a brief about the great person who I proudly call a FRIEND! and some pictures of her new collection and other shots from the event. Alexandria Alli Alexandria started her passion for fashion at age ten when she persuaded her mother to let her be an assistant at her Fashion Design Studio every day after school. At that young age, she learned a lot about design and running a fashion business. At the age of thirteen, her family moved from Nigeria to Atlanta, Georgia and she started her modeling career. She modeled for major companies throughout the South. As her modeling career advanced she fell in love with the beauty and glamour of the industry, she fell in love with the well-crafted luxurious Items specifically handbags that she got to wear as a model. But soon she realized that most women including her could not afford the luxurious accessories and clothing that she modeled in magazines and on the runway. After earning her Masters Degree in Business Administration in 2008, she decided to put her educational background with her years of experience in the fashion industry and create a luxury brand for the busy woman on the go. With the support her husband Alfred Alli, F&W Style was born. F&W Style handbags are in over 80 boutiques including select Ritz Carlton Gift shops nationwide and featured in several publications including Modern Luxury, Black Enterprise, Jezebel Magazine, Atlanta Magazine, CBS, Atlanta Plugged-In and more. shop F&W stylehttp://fwstyle.net/
